Samare means "their mother" in Valenciano and is also a play on "Maresa", the word for the freshwater eel of L'Albufera, where the rice for paella grows. Founded by a longtime seller of conservas in Valencia's iconic Central Market, Samare is passionate about sharing only the highest quality tinned seafood and fish, and preserving deeply traditional Valencian recipes.
