Return and Refund Policy
If you're not satisfied with an item that you purchased on Lata, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Once a product has been returned, as soon as it is delivered to the return address a full refund will be processed.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

All items from the sale category are final sales. These items can not be returned for refund or exchange.
Your credit is going to be in form of the gift certificate, a special code will be emailed to you which you can use for future purchases from https://lata.shop .
You will be given credit for the items you return only, shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
All products go through a quality control check before being sent to you – But just in case read below!
If the product encounters one of the problems below when you open the package, let us know by taking a picture and emailing us directly with your order number.

- The printed image is not in the center.
- Package received wrongly against the order.
- Damaged due to delivery: torn, dirty…
- The order is not in the right size, color, or style compared to the order.
- Other mistakes caused by us…
Once the issue is verified to be correct, we will send you a replacement product.
