How can I order?
Choose your product, select add to cart, then buy it, then put your billing information, name address, phone number and proceed to buy.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! Shipping cost for international orders is calculated at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Handling time:1-2 Days
Transit time: 3-4 Days
Delays may occur due to Holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as floods or typhoons. Please do note as well that custom inspections can be a factor during shipment.
What are your shipping costs?
Shipping Costs for domestic orders:
USPS Standard Shipping
- 0lb–1lb = $7.90
- 1lb–5lb = $9.90
USPS Express Shipping
- 0lb–1lb = $14.90
- 1lb–5lb = $19.90
Can I get a tracking number?
Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed. Email: hola@lata.shop with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our soonest convenience.
Can I return my product?
Of course! We have 30 days of exchange offer with a valid reason.
Is it possible to cancel my order?
Please email hola@lata.shop for all change or cancellation inquiries. Make sure to include your full name and order number.
If your order has already been dispatched, we are not able to cancel the order. You are still able to refund upon arrival.
How do I cancel my Discovery Box subscription?
We'll miss you if you cancel your subscription! But if you do decide to cancel you can do that online by clicking at the following link, and select Manage my subscription: https://lata.shop/account

Should I pay to return my product?
No. Return & Refund is free.
