How can I order?
Choose your product, select add to cart, then buy it, then put your billing information, name address, phone number and proceed to buy.
What payment method do we accept?
We accept all major credit cards through our merchant service provider Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PAYPAL, Discover.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! Shipping cost for international orders is calculated at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order & what is your shipping cost
Shipping Cost for domestic orders:
USPS Standard Shipping
- 0lb–1lb = $7.90
- 1lb–5lb = $9.90
USPS Express Shipping
- 0lb–1lb = $14.90
- 1lb–5lb = $19.90
Handling time:1-2 Days
Transit time: 3-4 Days
Delays may occur due to Holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as floods or typhoons. Please do note as well that custom inspections can be a factor during shipment.
May I get a tracking number?
Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed. Email: hola@lata.shop with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our soonest convenience.
Can I return my product?
Of course! we have 30 days of exchange offer with a valid reason.
Can I cancel my order?
Please email hola@lata.shop for all change or cancellation inquiries. Make sure to include your full name and order number.
If your order has already been dispatched we would not be able to cancel this order. You are still able to refund upon arrival.
Should I pay to return my product?
No. Return & Refund is free.Â
