How to eat Alalunga Sepia in its ink
The ink sauce that comes with this product makes it one of our store's most versatile and easy-to-cook items. But today, we are going to share our team's favorite recipe; a Pasta Nera with Cuttlefish, shrimps, and garlic. Featuring, of course, the unique Alalunga Sepia in its ink.
Pasta Nera di Alalunga Sepia in its Ink, Shrimps, and Garlic.
Preparation time: 30 minutes.
● 1 unit of Alalunga Sepia in its Ink
● 6 shrimps
● 3 garlics
● 100 gr of "Al dente" cooked pasta
● Sea salt
First, Sauté the shrimps with the garlic cut into slices, in a pan with one tablespoon of EVOO.
Second, Add salt and pepper and move the garlic and shrimp from the heat once golden.
Third, Open the "lata" of Alalunga Sepia on its ink on the pan and mix it with the "al dente " pasta for a few seconds until everything gets colored by the ink.
Last, place the pasta on a plate and decorate it with the garlic and the shrimp.
