From the outset, let me tell you that this wonderful IASA Branzino Grigliato can be eaten directly as it comes in the can, I have only tried to improve the original recipe a bit by implementing the so popular sauce in Spain “Al Ajillo” and adding some vegetables, in this case Sauteed Broccoli with Branzino sauce.
Branzino “al ajillo” & sautéed broccoli preparation
Preparation time: 30 minutes.
Difficulty: Easy
Perfect for: A Date Dinner
Ingredients:
- 1 IASA Branzino Grigliato
- 3 garlics
- 3 chilli peppers (guindilla)
- Boiled Broccoli
- Parsley
- Olive Oil
- Sea salt
Step by Step:
We will cut 3 cloves of garlic into thin slices and then fry them in a pan with the olive oil of our IASA Branzino Grigliato and 2 chilly peppers until golden brown. Then we’ll shake the pan until we achieve a uniform texture.
Place our Branzino on a plate and pour half of the very hot sauce on top and a little parsley. With the remaining juice we will sauté our broccoli previously cooked (5/10 mins in salted water) and drained. We will arrange them on one side of the plate with the rest of their juices on top and a pinch of salt.
Enjoy!
