Ingredients
- 
1 can of José Gourmet Smoked Salmon in Extra Virgin Olive Oil 
- 
½ cup cream cheese 
- 
1 baguette, sliced and toasted 
- 
Capers, for garnish 
Instructions
- 
Toast the baguette slices to your preferred level of crispness. 
- 
Spread a generous layer of cream cheese on each toast. 
- 
Top with pieces of smoked salmon from the tin. 
- 
Add a few capers on top for a pop of brightness. 
Ideal as an appetizer or an easy lunch with a crisp salad on the side.
