Ingredients
- 
1 can of Nuri Spiced Sardines in Tomato Sauce 
- 
1 baguette, sliced and toasted 
- 
1 clove garlic, peeled 
- 
Fresh parsley, chopped 
Instructions
- 
Toast the baguette slices until golden and crisp. 
- 
While still warm, gently rub each slice with the peeled garlic clove. 
- 
Top each toast with a sardine and a spoonful of the spiced tomato sauce from the tin. 
- 
Finish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley and serve immediately. 
Pairs beautifully with a chilled glass of white wine or a light, peppery red.
