Simple Smoked Tuna Pasta

A quick, flavorful pasta dish that brings the bold, smoky character of smoked tuna together with the warmth of Spanish olive oil, garlic, and paprika. Perfect for a weeknight meal that feels a little special.

Ingredients:

  • Spaghetti (or any pasta of your choosing)
  • Spanish olive oil
  • 1 tin of Ati Manel Smoked Tuna Pate
  • 2–3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
  • Pinch of red chili flakes
  • Fresh parsley
  • Lemon zest
  • Dash of smoked paprika

Instructions:

  1. Cook spaghetti or any pasta until al dente. Save some of the starchy pasta water.
  2. While the pasta cooks, warm a drizzle of Spanish olive oil in a skillet.
  3. Add thinly sliced garlic and cook gently until fragrant and golden.
  4. Stir in a pinch of red chili flakes.
  5. Add a tin of Lata smoked tuna, breaking it up lightly in the pan.
  6. Toss the drained pasta into the skillet, adding a splash of the reserved pasta water to create a silky sauce.
  7. Finish with chopped fresh parsley, lemon zest, and a dash of smoked paprika.
