Ingredients:
- Spaghetti (or any pasta of your choosing)
- Spanish olive oil
- 1 tin of Ati Manel Smoked Tuna Pate
- 2–3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
- Pinch of red chili flakes
- Fresh parsley
- Lemon zest
- Dash of smoked paprika
Instructions:
- Cook spaghetti or any pasta until al dente. Save some of the starchy pasta water.
- While the pasta cooks, warm a drizzle of Spanish olive oil in a skillet.
- Add thinly sliced garlic and cook gently until fragrant and golden.
- Stir in a pinch of red chili flakes.
- Add a tin of Lata smoked tuna, breaking it up lightly in the pan.
- Toss the drained pasta into the skillet, adding a splash of the reserved pasta water to create a silky sauce.
- Finish with chopped fresh parsley, lemon zest, and a dash of smoked paprika.
