(130gr) Freshly caught small sardines from the bays of Galicia in a delicious vegetable sauce and olive oil. Bought in the morning at the port and processed immediately. At the factory, the sardines are cleaned and rolled in wheat flour and then fried. After cooling, they are tinned with a homemade fresh vegetable sauce.
INGREDIENTS: Small sardine, olive oil, onion, pepper, tomato, wine, wheat flour, salt and spices.
