What's inside?

(200gr) Sustainable tuna fillets in Olasagasti’s take on the traditional Basque piperrada recipe of red and yellow peppers, onion and tomatoes. Olasagasti recommends heating this through and spooning into two de-seeded roasted courgette halves for the full experience.

INGREDIENTS: Red and yellow pepper, tuna, onion, tomato, olive oil, white wine, Modena vinegar, salt.
