(70gr) Pate made with red tuna loin from the north of the Cantabrian Sea. The tuna is braised over open fire, crushed and mixed with nori seaweed and Arbequina extra virgin olive oil from Castillo de Canena to form a smooth and rich, creamy, spreadable pate for over toasted bread or crackers.
INGREDIENTS: Albacore tuna, extra virgin olive oil, water, nori seaweed, cyclodextrin and salt.
