INGREDIENTS: Salmon, cold pressed rapeseed oil, salt.

Nacho Nacho Valle,
Lata Shop Expert
"Communities in the Faroe Islands have centuries-long traditions of living off the ocean and respecting its natural resources. It’s reflected in the high standards of sustainability for fish farming here, and the evidence is in the product. The salmon is beautiful, flavorful and packed in oil which is not as common, but definitely better. In a Scandinavian contrast to Mediterranean olive oil, Fangst sources quality rapeseed oil from a small local supplier on the isle of Bornholm off the coast of Denmark, further carving out a Nordic presence in the conserva world."

Vicent Vicent Sendra,

"This salmon is very flavorful and juicy so I used it to make some easy fish tacos. I added sautéed vegetables (peppers, red onion, scallion) and drizzled them with the oil from the can and some lime juice at the end. Add some cilantro & parsley to garnish."
