(100gr) Scorpion fish live in the reefs eating a lot of shrimp and lobsters, so you may taste a sweet hint of lobster in this pate. This creamy pate, is perfect for spreading on crackers or a crusty baguette and its main flavor falls somewhere between red snapper and monkfish.
INGREDIENTS: Scorpion fish, hake, tomato, egg, cream, sea crab and Pedro Ximénez wine.
