(120gr) Titaina del Cabanyal (tuna in vegetable sauce) is a traditional dish from the Cabanyal neighborhood of Valencia, Spain. It's part of the rich culinary heritage of this seaside district, which has deep fishing and maritime roots, a dish often called the “Valencian ratatouille”.
INGREDIENTS: Skipjack tuna (Katsuwonus Pelamis), tomato, green pepper, garlic, olive oil, salt, sugar, pine nuts and corn starch.
