(130 g) Very small squid, known in Spanish as puntillitas, puntillas, or chipirones, preserved in a rich squid ink sauce with onion, tomato, wine, and paprika. The squid is carefully prepared and packed by hand using traditional methods, resulting in a tender texture and deep, savory flavor.
INGREDIENTS: Squid (Loligo gahi), olive oil, onion, pepper, tomato, wine, salt, cephalopod ink, rice flour, paprika, and spicy paprika.
