What's inside?
( 120gr) Razor clams tinned with, olive oil and salt. The production process involves purifying the razor clams, cooking them in water, opening them and carefully removing them. They are then washed again in hot water with aromatics such as bay leaves, onions and lemon to flavor them. The clams are then tinned and topped with olive oil to give them a creamy texture and rich flavor. Origin "Rías Gallegas".
INGREDIENTS: Razor clam, olive oil, water, onion, lemon, salt and bay leaf.
