(120 gr) These mussels are from the Rías of Galicia, where they are grown from floating platforms until they reach the optimum size. They are lightly fried in olive oil to lock in moisture and achieve the ideal texture before being individually hand-packed in a spicy escabeche pickled sauce of vinegar, herbs and spices.
INGREDIENTS: Mussel (mollusk), olive oil, vinegar (sulfites), garlic, paprika, smoked paprika, hot pepper, cloves, pepper and bay leaf.
