(120 g) These mussels come from the Rías of Galicia, where they are grown on floating platforms until they reach the optimal size. They are lightly fried in olive oil to preserve their moisture and achieve the ideal texture, then individually packed by hand in a spicy escabeche made with vinegar, garlic, paprika, hot pepper, and spices.
