What's inside?

(115gr) These cockles are sourced from the local fisherman seafood markets of the Muros and Noia estuaries, known for being some of the best in the world. After going through the seafood treatment plant, they're cooked, deshelled and washed to remove any leftover sand.

INGREDIENTS: Cockles, water, salt, onion, lemon and bay leaf.
