(115 gr) Sea spaghetti, or Himanthalia Elongata, has a delicate sea flavor, very similar to cockles. The Porto Muinos cannery selects and prepares seaweed through traditional methods. Raw, it has a taste of fresh beans. It is a fleshy seaweed, rich in vitamin C and assimilated iron. This seaweed can be served in many dishes, with fish, rice, pasta or vegetables. You can also add it to prepare soups, ready-cooked meals, croquettes or canapés!
INGREDIENTS: Sea bean oil, vinegar, water, sea salt.
May contain traces of fish, mollusks and/or crustaceans.
