These rich estuarine waters are known for their exceptional biodiversity, nourished by Atlantic currents and protected by the Cíes, Ons, and Sálvora Islands. This unique environment gives the seafood of the region its distinctive character and flavor.
For more than a century, this family owned company has remained true to its roots, with a deep commitment to quality, sustainability, and traditional craftsmanship. Still operating from its original location, Paco Lafuente prepares and packs each tin by hand using traditional methods, without additives or preservatives.
