Lata Extra Large Anchovy Fillets in Olive Oil
(120 g) Made with premium spring caught anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea, known as “Bocartes de Costera de Primavera.” This traditional hansa tin contains 12 to 14 large fillets, carefully prepared by hand, cleaned, salted, and slowly cured. Plump and tender with their characteristic reddish color, these anchovies have a rich, savory flavor and just the right touch of salt.
INGREDIENTS: Anchovies (Engraulis encrasicolus), olive oil, and salt.
