Artesanos Alalunga European Hake Cheeks (Cocochas de Merluza) in Olive Oil
(135 g) Hake cheeks, known as cocochas in Spain, are considered one of the most exquisite parts of the fish. Each cheek is carefully trimmed and gently slow cooked before being packed in high quality olive oil from Navarra. Traditionally served fresh, cocochas are rarely preserved in tins, making this conserva truly unique.
