This preparation combines vinegar, oil, and spices to create a tangy and flavorful profile enhancing the natural flavor and texture of sustainably sourced albacore from the Cantabrian Sea. Everything is hand-processed in small batches to ensure the highest quality. Each tin is numbered for traceability and provides information about the origin of the fish.
INGREDIENTS: Albacore in pickled (Arbequina extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, white wine, onion, carrot, garlic, bay leaf, black pepper and thyme) and spring salt.
