(120 gr) A Conserveira Tradición's mussels come from the Galician estuaries. They are sourced exclusively during the prime months of October, November and December. Before tinning the mussels, sliced chili, spices and vinegar are added, so that both the mussels and the oil emulsify with the chili and other ingredients, fully incorporating a delicious spicy flavor.
